In this position, you'll be an integral part of our international and industrial Sales teams, providing exceptional support to both our valued customers and colleagues alike.
What will you be doing?
- Serve as the frontline responder to customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly and effectively.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with our returning customers, becoming their go-to resource for any queries they may have.
- Dive into the heart of issues, employing your problem-solving skills to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Keep complete records of customer interactions, ensuring all concerns and feedback are logged and addressed comprehensively.
- Facilitate the quoting process and assist in coordinating international shipments, ensuring compliance and seamless delivery.
