Amavida is recruiting for Health Services Supervisor/Scheduler . In this role you will provide support to the Nursing Department in conjunction with the Director & Assistant Director of Health Services in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. This person is a key member of the team adhering to policies and procedures and upholding the Community’s mission, philosophy, values and the Company’s vision, principles and Hospitality Promises.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Wellness Business Office Supervisor:
- Creates work schedules and manages scheduling for the Nursing Department Care Associates, Med Techs and LPN call outs and vacations for care staff.
- Conducts payroll for the Nursing department to ensure any paper timesheets have been entered and time off requests are reviewed timely and approved when able.
- Supports the Nursing Department hiring process, including review of applicants, scheduling of interviews and conducting interviews.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Associate degree in business, or human resources preferred
- Minimum of one year supervising staff preferred
- Medication Technician certification preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire
Rate of Pay : $55,000 - $60,000 per year
Schedule : weekend & holiday availability needed
