Position Summary
The Technician Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and Patient Safety Technicians (PST) staff at the Central Receiving Facility (CRF). This position ensures the delivery of consistent, high-quality care by maintaining appropriate staffing levels, overseeing patient care documentation, supporting training and development, and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment. The Supervisor plays a critical role in operational oversight, risk management, and staff performance while contributing to the broader leadership team of the organization.

Must meet eligibility requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in behavioral health. Acute care experience preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year leadership experience, with progressive increase in responsibilities. Preference given to candidates with Senior Lead Technician experience.
- Complete certification as a Handle with Care (HWC) instructor within one (1) year of hire and facilitate trainings as required.
- Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
- Ability to lead a team with professionalism, accountability, and compassion.
- Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.
