Finishing Lead - High End Cabinetry

As the Finishing Lead, you will be in charge of our Finishing team, making sure every cabinet meets our high-quality standards. You will work closely with the team, helping them improve their skills while ensuring our finishing process is smooth, consistent, and efficient.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will not only manage the team but also work alongside them to ensure excellent results. The perfect candidate is a team player who also knows how to set and maintain high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Finishing Team – Work with and guide the team to ensure all cabinets have

the best finish possible.

• Maintain Quality Standards – Make sure our finishes are smooth, even, and consistent

every time.

• Develop Finishing Formulas – Create and fine-tune stain and paint formulas for the

best look and durability.

• Teach and Train – Help team members improve their skills in spraying, toning,

conditioning, and finishing techniques.

• Ensure Safety and Compliance – Make sure everyone follows safety rules and

finishing best practices.

• Improve Efficiency – Find ways to make the finishing process faster and smoother

while keeping quality high.

• Solve Problems – Troubleshoot finishing issues like color matching, adhesion, or drying

problems.

• Keep Things Organized – Make sure tools, materials, and work areas are well-

maintained and ready to use.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
