Job Summary : We are seeking dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants specializing in Prompt Care to join the team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in a prompt care setting, demonstrating expertise in urgent care practices and ensuring a safe, supportive, and healing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct care to patients in prompt care settings in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures while monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
