Role: Production Support L3

Location: Lake Mary, FL / Pittsburg, PA

JD:

10 years of diverse experience in information technology required.

Experience Windows / UNIX/Linux operating systems

Database knowledge with strong SQL skills like Oracle, Sql Server, etc

Hands-on experience in scripting or programming languages like Python/Java, Perl, Shell scripting, etc

Experience understanding /analyzing securities data, handling market vendor pricing feeds, working in time-sensitive projects is highly desired

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab

Experience working with ETL tools like Pentaho, Snowflake are preferred

Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Prometheus, Splunk, Cloud Probes & Moog or equivalent

Experience automating deployments and other repetitive tasks

Experience with support activities like platform administration, deployments, upgrades, and understands & troubleshoots issues when incidents are reported in the platform.

Experience in external and internal cloud

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Proficiency in using the JIRA, Confluence

Experience in vulnerabilities management.

Ability to produce system documentation including operational specifications, test plans, system architecture with attention to detail
