Respond to user queries

Some de-bug, find root cause

Rotational shift – health checks on Sundays (4 to 5 x per year)

Not a lot of weekend support -some deployments occasionally to 9 pm

1 person in Lake Mary 1 in Pittsburgh that is on the team locally

Ok with a java dev that came from app support (would prefer a strong java support engineer though)

Production Services Application Support Analyst

• Ability to handle day-to-day user queries, support activities for applications and overnight batches.
• Identify, define, and implement required monitoring and automation solutions.
• Ability to deal with time sensitive issues in support of critical service level commitments.
• Maintenance of Issues logs, knowledge base articles and documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicate to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
• Leads root cause analysis and problem management for problems to address underlying technical issues.
• Work closely with developers on continuous integration / continuous delivery solutions.
• Production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production.
• Experience in application deployment / release activities.
