Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist with over 15 years of industry experience in designing and implementing data-driven strategies. This individual will lead high-impact analytics projects, build advanced machine learning models, and provide strategic insights to guide business decisions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in data science, experience in leadership roles, and a proven track record of applying analytics to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Data Strategy : Develop and execute the company’s data-driven strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling : Design, build, and deploy advanced predictive and prescriptive models, including machine learning and AI solutions, to solve complex business problems.
- Big Data Management : Oversee the development, construction, and optimization of data architectures, such as large-scale data processing systems and pipelines, ensuring efficient data management.
- Database Solutions : Develop database solutions for the storage, retrieval, and analysis of large datasets, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with product, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions to business challenges.
- Mentorship & Leadership : Guide and mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Stakeholder Communication : Present complex data insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Data Governance & Quality : Ensure adherence to best practices in data quality, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Innovation & Trend Analysis : Stay ahead of emerging trends in data science, exploring new tools and methodologies to continuously innovate the company’s data science practice.
- Data Analysis & Infrastructure Monitoring : Conduct performance analysis of data systems and infrastructure, making modifications as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
