Role: Outside Sales Representative
Location: In-Home Appointments throughout NH and MA
Overview: Bath Flip is seeking energetic and dependable Sales Staff to present dynamic in-home presentations with homeowners. As part of our team you will build value about our unique products and services and follow a process to close the deal!
We offer a flexible fulltime schedule and accept entry-level ambitious candidates
- Multiple set appointments daily - NO cold calling
- Earn $80,000 - $200,000 depending on performance and drive
Job Duties: A paid sales training is provided and continued support as needed:
- Excite homeowners with your dynamic personality
- Listen and collect pertinent information
- Offer soultions that fit best for your buyer
- Ensure proper protocols and systems are followed
- Relentless ability to close the deal
Qualifications:
- Must be well-spoken, friendly and possess exceptional sales abilities
- Must have an engaging personality and the ability to turn a no to a yes
Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for team lead and management roles within our sales program.
