Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by actively prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales in designated territories. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking in designated territories.
- Meet with potential clients in person to present our products/services and negotiate deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage and track sales activities, ensuring all opportunities are effectively followed up and closed.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure successful customer onboarding and product implementation.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Submit regular sales reports to management, including forecasts, account updates, and activity reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a service-oriented or industry-specific field.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel to different locations.
