Summary
As a Sales Field Development Leader at PIC Home Pros LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding customer service. This position is essential to our mission of providing homeowners with high-quality home improvement solutions that enhance their living spaces. In this role you are a working team leader for in-home selling. You will be running your own appointments and helping to improve your teams success.
Responsibilities
- Run your own appointments daily.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
- Provide training, coaching and support to team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and success.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mentor leadership or recruiting roles.
- Strong coaching skills with a focus on one call closing,.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
