Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Therapy Recruiter to join our team and Therapy Division at Amazing Care Home Health Services. The Healthcare Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified Therapy candidates to support the Therapy division alongside our mission of providing exceptional home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a drive to contribute to our team's success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers in the Therapy division to understand the Therapy staffing needs and manage the Therapy full recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Source and attract qualified Therapy candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Work closely with Talent Manager, Talent Acquisition team members, HR, and other team members to ensure alignment with company recruitment policies, project initiatives, and best practices.
- Lead and contribute to recruitment projects, such as compensation analysis and strategy development, to enhance the overall hiring process and meet company goals beyond numerical targets.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and manage the offer process with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system to support data-driven insights and reporting.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market compensation, and best practices in talent acquisition to continually elevate recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally recruiting Therapists (SLP, OT, PT, etc.) within the healthcare industry, with demonstrated success in meeting both quantitative goals and project-based outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in advanced recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and experience in compensation analysis or recruitment project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adjust to changing needs and priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for events, conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS experience preferred).
