Porch Light Health has a unique opportunity to work as a Healthcare Recruiter in the state's largest Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) clinic. Porch Light Health is a low barrier/high access outpatient medical clinic that treats all substance use disorders. We are looking to hire a 3-month contract Recruiter to oversee all tasks related to Recruitment and Hiring. The right candidate will be able to source and identify candidates in a growing healthcare environment.
This is a contract position, for candidates that currently reside in the State of Colorado. Potential for conversion to full time.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting including, Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding
- Disposition candidates in a timely manner via ATS
- Recruit new candidates and prospects for new job requisitions using external and internal resources
- Establish recruiting plans which include job boards, social networking, and referral sources
- Review online job postings daily to identify emerging trends and skill demands
- Maintain and document candidate communication through ATS
- Obtain availability of candidates to interview with clients
- Maintain accurate applicant/candidate/employee records
- Proactively seek new avenues to engage and attract candidates
- Build pipelines for our high-volume positions
- Actively participate in professional development events to build a networking database
- Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources
- Establish structured Interview process and interview questions
- Coach Hiring Managers on recruiting cycle
Required Skills/Abilities
- Minimum 3 years Recruitment experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience recruiting Healthcare Providers
- Experience with Full Life Cycle Recruiting
- Experience recruiting for Corporate and administrative positions
- Sales personality – high energy and motivation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented with a drive to surpass expectations
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to prioritize work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Self Starter
- Able to Negotiate and Influence hiring decisions
- Experience building interview processes and standardized interview questions
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- A minimum of 3 years recruiting in Healthcare Industry
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at all times
Job Types: temporary, full-time
Compensation $25-$35 per hour, depending on education, experience, skills, geo location and internal equity.
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm
