The main job of an Office Assistant is to help chiropractors with their daily work and assist patients during their visits.
We are looking to hire the right person to join our team. This person would be a long-term employee. The job comes with on-the-job training and most employee feel comfortable with the job duties between 3-6 months.
- Transcribe patient appointments
- Assist the Doctor with fundamental patient care
- Opening/Closing Clinic Procedures
- Phone duties
- Prepare patients for Care
- Patient check-in/-out
- New patient set-up
- Patient in room set-up
- Clerical work
- Email/ Mail processing
