The Amazon Digital Advertising team is seeking an innovative, results-oriented marketer to drive Amazon’s marketing strategy, campaign management, and analysis of Amazon key strategic businesses through our industry leading platform (Amazon's DSP). We are aggressively growing new programs and increasing our investment in digital advertising to drive that growth. We seek to push the boundaries in new uses of digital formats to support our strategic businesses. Our team is highly results oriented, and focused on developing and leveraging proprietary in-house technology to automate and scale marketing programs that drive new customers and maximize lifetime value of Amazon customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. Our team is responsible for developing Amazon’s vision and driving execution for digital advertising across web, mobile and video formats.

You will be innovative in your thinking, and have proven success influencing teams across an organization and in driving results, ideally in B2C eCommerce, customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation. Responsibilities for this role include:
- Build the strategy and tactics of specific businesses within Amazon’s Digital Advertising Program.
- Achieve key performance targets of the display program.
- Develop and evangelize new program initiatives leveraging the evolving technical landscape.
- Partner with technology teams to create and deliver against aggressive roadmaps.
- Define success criteria, design structured tests, and dive deep into data analysis to identify opportunities.
- Develop and manage campaigns across a variety of technology platforms, inventory sources, and ad formats, leveraging both internal and external opportunities.
- Partner across finance, technology, and creative teams to plan, test, optimize, and grow new advertising initiatives.
- Communicate channel strategy, plans, and results with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience successfully managing large scale strategic advertising programs with distributed internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis
- Understands how systems/processes/programs work, capable of taking a step back to improve, fix or simplify established processes
- Familiar with SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Pivot)
