Key Responsibilities :
- Champion quality in the data center, ensuring an outstanding operating environment and cost-effective infrastructure.
- Explore innovative solutions to minimize costs while enhancing quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Oversee fiber optic and interconnect products, with potential future responsibilities in mechanical and electrical components.
- Work with engineering teams to develop global design standards, installation best practices, quality assurance manuals, and audit strategies.
- Conduct audits and inspections in data centers to verify compliance with standards and address any defects effectively.
- Offer training sessions to Infra Delivery Teams to promote adherence to design standards.
- Communicate efficiently with technical teams to gather requirements and articulate strategies.
- Proactively identify and manage risks or urgent issues.
- Support new product introductions that enhance infrastructure quality and reduce costs and installation times.
- Willing to travel 40% of the time for project reviews and coordination with on-site personnel.
