Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology, or business management. CPCCo accepts education equivalency of two years of experience for one year of education, except for all engineering disciplines.
10 years' experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) requirements as codified in Government Agencies Regulations and Orders
10 years' experience in Safety and non-Safety Software QA Programs implementation and / or oversight
5 years working experience with independent audits or surveillance
5 years working in an agile software environment
5 years working with developing Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) plans while leading the necessary interactions from other team players (e.g., design engineers, process engineers, suppliers).
5 years and practice with any of the following : NQA-1, DOE Order 414.1D (safety software), 10 CFR 50 App B, 10 CFR Part 21, 10 CFR Part 71, and / or 10 CFR 830 requirements.
