About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects within our AWS Solutions organization. This role is responsible for owning and executing projects that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-organizational business reviews with key infrastructure providers.
- Develop and implement infrastructure risk reduction and mitigation solutions.
- Identify and drive targeted improvement initiatives to raise service performance with specific providers.
- Manage commercial and operational relationships with key infrastructure providers.
- Empower internal customer teams by facilitating issue resolution and ongoing performance improvement efforts.
- Design and implement process improvements that deliver better experiences for internal customers and JWO 3rd party providers.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant provider/vendor onboarding and training experience, as well as technical infrastructure program management experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant provider/vendor onboarding and training experience
- 5 years of technical infrastructure program management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lean/Six Sigma experience
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
