Area Maintenance Manager
Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) is hiring for Area Maintenance Managers!

The Area Maintenance Manager will supervise a team of facilities associates and ensure a safe working environment for all.

· Handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to accomplish site goals
· Ensure that safety is always the #1 priority
· Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and positive working relationships with operations
· Suitable candidates must have the ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance personal performance, provide associates with written performance appraisals including achievements and opportunities for improvement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of team leadership experience
- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics
