Qualifications Include: skilled in preventative maintenance and general repair of building systems, knowledgeable of carpentry, dry wall finishing, painting & wall papering. Must have the ability to prioritize based upon project importance, basic knowledge of NEC & building codes, electrical & plumbing systems and basic wiring of computers. Also basic knowledge of HVAC systems and motor systems. Must have valid Ohio Driver’s License and be insurable by the County’s group insurer.
Shifts are 8:00am-4:30pm M-F with rotating On Call every other week. On call is $20 per day.

Single - PPO-$60/pay OR HSA- $20/pay
Employee Children - PPO-$102/pay OR HSA- $34/pay
Employee Spouse - PPO-$123.50/pay OR HSA- $41/pay
Family - PPO_$163/pay OR HSA- $54/pay
