DESCRIPTION
Amazon Community Impact (ACI) is seeking a motivated Program Manager to support the execution and standardization of events across the ACI team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of ACI events
- Implement and refine standardized processes for event management across global teams
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners for event execution
- Create and maintain event budgets and track basic metrics
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
- Assist in developing process improvements and best practices for event management
- Prepare event-related communications
- Proactively address operational needs related to events
- Create scalable activation templates that can be easily adapted for different event types and sizes
- Collect and incorporate feedback from event participants to continuously improve experiences
- Maintain a calendar of major events to ensure cross team coordination.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in event management or program coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Events management experience
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with vendor management and basic budget tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
