The Amazon Community Impact team leads philanthropic initiatives focused on education, housing affordability, food security, disaster relief, and support for employees and teams volunteering in our communities. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own execution of integrated marketing campaigns, specifically to drive adoption of our philanthropic products and programs.
In this highly-collaborative role, you will be part of a centralized team that supports company-wide and cross-organization community programs. Reporting to the Global Product Marketing Lead, this role will work across global teams to execute tactics for internal and external integrated marketing campaigns and strategies. You will work across product delivery, communications, public relations, and leadership teams to continuously improve our approach to showcasing our community initiatives. Drawing on your deep experience in project management and process improvement, you will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline how these stories and proof points are funneled from product teams to communications partners to weave into narrative campaigns.
Key job responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhanced narrative alignment, provide marketing insights to strengthen communications, and ensure seamless coordination between marketing and communications workstreams while respecting established team responsibilities.
- Content Development & Creative Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to source, create and deploy compelling marketing content. Lead end-to-end creative project management for key marketing collateral, coordinating with brand teams and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Data Analysis: Leverage our data and analytics team to streamline marketing reporting and automation wherever possible, reducing current manual processes for business reporting, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement to achieve marketing objectives.
- Brand Stewardship: Uphold and enhance the Amazon brand through consistent messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing materials.
