Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as we seek a talented individual to handle the full recruitment lifecycle. This role involves sourcing, screening, making offers, and onboarding new employees for call center or customer service positions. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruiting experience and be comfortable working in a high-volume environment. Strong written communication skills and proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and MS Office are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, check references, make offers, and conduct orientation for new employees
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing top talent
- Work under immediate supervision reporting to a manager
- Handle full cycle recruitment tasks such as sourcing, screening, making offers, and onboarding
Skills:
- 1-2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
- Comfortable working in a variety of roles
- Experience with high-volume recruitment environments
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
