Full-Cycle Recruiter – Professional Services Firm (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our growing team in Boston. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our professional services firm. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week in the office and two days working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles within the firm.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Proactively identify and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, refine job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and interviewers.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including extending offers, discussing compensation, and facilitating smooth offer acceptance.
- Reference & Background Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks and coordinate background screenings as needed.
- Onboarding Support: Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience conducting reference checks and ensuring compliance with hiring best practices.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for finding top talent.
