Campaign Marketing
- Support execution of the global month of volunteering marketing and communications strategy
- Create comprehensive project plans including timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver employee engagement
- Coordinate installation of campaign materials across office locations
- Manage communication delivery across various internal channels
- Provide marketing content for major employee events
- Analyze marketing data and metrics for reporting and optimization
Marketing & Brand Experience
- Develop compelling marketing materials and content
- Design and implement measurement strategies to track campaign effectiveness
- Deploy engaging digital and physical branded experiences
- Identify opportunities to amplify volunteer stories across multiple channels
Program Management
- Develop and maintain communication guidelines and best practices
- Edit and update campaign templates and playbooks for volunteering initiatives
- Manage digital asset organization and cataloging
- Establish and document efficient workflows and processes
- Evaluate and recommend new engagement channels and approaches
Required Skills
- Experience in integrated marketing communications
- Strong storytelling and content development capabilities
- Strong project management capabilities including resource planning
- Cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Data analysis and reporting expertise
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Track record of delivering complex programs with multiple dependencies
Contract Length: 4 Months
Location: Seattle (in person)
Pay range: $38 - $43 per hour
