OpsTech Solutions organization, with an unparalleled scope, is part of the Amazon’s WW Fulfillment Technology & Robotics team. We design, deploy and support network and device infrastructure, end user devices and services across Amazon’s Global Fulfillment Centers, Transportation (Middle Mile, Last Mile & Logistics), and Specialty Customer Solutions (Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, Lockers, Pantry, Campus, and Prime Air). Our customers range from Amazon lockers to Amazon’s Air Hubs.
OpsTech Infrastructure Engineering Product Management (OTIP) owns, defines, and operationalizes products and programs to deliver highly reliable network and device infrastructure, with the direct objective to improve service delivery speed and drive new innovations for customers. OTIP establishes, practices, and enforces the product development life cycle. The team supports global operations customers (first, middle, last mile) and internal teams.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who will help drive the strategy for our end user devices designs to solve our customer's problems to opimtize process pass thru put. If you’re passionate about the associate experience, associate tools, and device infrastructure, then we’d love to talk to you! Must have a background in hardware product management.
This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of Global Robotics, Operations, and Supply Chain business units. You’ll be able to work on problems of incredible scope that impact millions of users. You will also get to work with some of the smartest people in the field who are pioneers in their fields.
Your ability to communicate and influence others will be a key to success. You are a results-oriented, customer-focused product manager who gets excited about starting from scratch, running hard, and delivering compelling solutions for our associates. Key job responsibilities
- Manage our product management team and develop our people.
- Set the overall product vision and direction for the Networking space.
- Work with engineering teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions that scale operationally.
- Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction.
- Define and prioritize features and requirements and see them through from ideation to sprint planning and delivery.
- Perform customer interviews and surveys, and analyze metrics.
- Synthesize external and internal data to drive clarity and alignment in your team through business writing such as narrative papers and PR-FAQs.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
