Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team responsible for overseeing 3rd party vendors in finalizing the launch of a specific type of building. As part of the Grocery Implementation team, you will ensure the successful implementation of grocery components post-building launch and manage retrofit projects for existing buildings. Your role will involve monitoring vendors, coordinating tasks such as racking installation and signage placement, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor main vendor activities and ensure fit and finish product delivery
- Coordinate with multiple vendors for smaller projects
- Manage 5-7 vendors for component-specific building projects
- Utilize project management tools like Asana playbook and Fieldwire for task tracking
- Communicate effectively with vendors to troubleshoot issues, ensure timely completion, and maintain quality standards
Skills:
- Vendor management experience
- Relationship management skills
- Proficiency in timeline management and enforcement
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in launching programs or storefronts
- Strong proactive communication skills to anticipate challenges and address them effectively
