BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD, MSc or BS degree with 10 years of experience.
- 7 years of directly regulated industry experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with life sciences methods and concepts in GxP setting
- Familiarity with analysis and methodologies that are commonly used in modern laboratory
- Work with a team of researchers and educate key stakeholders about regulations.
- Ability to work successfully within an entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to establish and manage external partnerships with key partners and collaborators
- Defining systems and processes for regulated field
- Proven track record of identifying and managing program
- Experience defining operational strategies and guiding cross functional teams across orgs to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Broad familiarity with different areas of the life sciences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $143,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $247,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
