We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter that will support specialized hiring for the Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team for specific business groups such as AWS, Devices and Services and Amazon Entertainment.
In this role, you will:
-Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs
-Attract source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon
-Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements.
-Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
-Manager end-to-end process administration i.e. from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement as well as hiring updates to key stakeholders.
-Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders. Amazon is a data-driven company so they must be analytical with strong problem solving and planning skills to effectively prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates against tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment and having a strength in problem solving will be critical to success in this role.
The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and centralized HR program teams.
Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Seattle (Onsite)
Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour
