Senior Product Marketing Manager, Shop the Show Monetization

Video content enables customers and brands to connect in new ways, and we believe that when done well, it enhances the customer experience with delightful and engaging discovery as well as compelling performance for advertisers.As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Shop the Show (STS) Monetization, you will be a core member of the STS team, driving go-to-market for advertisers. We are seeking a strategic leader who is comfortable building from 0 to 1. They must be comfortable asking hard questions, defining paths forward, and be passionate about understanding both advertiser and end-use customers. The Senior Product Marketing manager must be creative, proactive, and have a strong attention to detail. A successful candidate will be energized by collaborating with cross-functional teams across Amazon and skilled at influencing partners. They will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop the vision and end-to-end strategy for positioning, pricing, packaging, and planning for STS monetized offerings, in partnership with Ads GTM.Drive go-to-market strategies and plans for new products and features to drive adoption.Develop messaging and positioning frameworks which outline priorities and communication goals.Aggregate Voice of the Customer and produce a stack-ranked set of priorities to influence product requirements, roadmap decisions, and trade-offs.Maintain a firm grasp of competitive trends to identify and assess opportunities.Partner closely with Ads GTM and Marketing teams to drive education, enablement, and demand generation strategies to achieve revenue and adoption targets.Dive deep into adoption metrics, develop, and influence forecasts.About the teamAmazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is a growing business within the Amazon Advertising, IMDb, and Grand Challenge (AIGC) business unit. AIGC is one of the fastest-growing business units within Amazon, with the highest percentage margin contribution of any large business. ASV is delivering the video shopping experience to Amazon consumers, with a purpose to enable customers to find inspiration, information, entertainment, and community through videos at any point in their shopping journey. The ASV team designs, builds, and operates both owned and operated destination experiences (e.g. amazon.com / live, Amazon Live FAST Channel, Shop the Show), as well as federated experiences across the Amazon.com website.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience.Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).Experience communicating results to senior leadership.Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
