Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) mission is to make Amazon our customers' favorite and most trusted place for shoppable video, across formats, categories, and experiences. “Shop the Show” is an innovative new experience that allows customers to easily shop hundreds of items from films, shows, or games they’re watching on Prime Video or Amazon Live. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Shop the Show (STS) Monetization, you will be a core member of the STS team, driving go-to-market for advertisers. We are seeking a strategic leader who is comfortable building from 0 to 1. They must be comfortable asking hard questions, defining paths forward, and be passionate about understanding both advertiser and end-use customers. The Senior Product Marketing Manager must be creative, proactive, and have a strong attention to detail. A successful candidate will be energized by collaborating with cross-functional teams across Amazon and skilled at influencing partners. They will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop the vision and end-to-end strategy for positioning, pricing, packaging, and planning for STS monetized offerings, in partnership with Ads GTM.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and plans for new products and features to drive adoption.
- Develop messaging and positioning frameworks which outline priorities and communication goals.
- Aggregate Voice of the Customer and produce stack-ranked set of priorities to influence product requirements, roadmap decisions, and trade-offs.
- Maintain firm grasp of competitive trends to identify and assess opportunities.
- Partner closely with Ads GTM and Marketing teams to drive education, enablement, and demand generation strategies to achieve revenue and adoption targets.
- Dive deep into adoption metrics, develop and influence forecasts.
