Do you want to lead a once-in-a-generation transformation, and help customers start and engage with Alexa ? We are looking for a strategic product leader to reinvent our growth and acquisition strategy to help lower the barriers of entry into smart home. With the launch of Alexa , more and more customers are interested in starting smart home, and we have the opportunity to educate and help them start that journey. We work across a number of internal and external partners to build acquisition, marketing and product plans to help customers start and evolve their smart home. The launch of Alexa has made this even more exciting but also increased the number of features to educate our customers. Amazon has a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of the connected home for our customers.
We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management - Tech to lead our product strategy, development, and execution to drive smart home acquisition and retention. In this role, you will define the future of smart home acquisition that leverage AI, and the on-site experience to educate, engage and help customers start their smart home. You will partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, research, analytics, sales, and marketing—to develop innovative features and experiences for our customers.

* Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the smart home customer experience, balancing partner needs, customer experience, and business impact.
* Build an end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development to launch, optimization, and scaling.
* Drive innovation in AI-powered creative solutions, automation tools, and interactive on-site formats.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop intuitive, scalable, and high-performing on-site experiences.
* Partner with science teams to optimize our AI-driven capabilities to better help our customers.
* Partner with engagement and marketing, and business development teams to educate and enable our partners to grow their smart home business
* Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the smart home space
* Manage and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
