Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. - Manage the long term roadmap of feature development and bug fixes
- Facilitate the integration of new autonomous vehicle products into the Amazon PIT saftey ecosystem
- Lead the Amazon response to quality issues and incidents.
- Manage vendor relationships, drive performance improvements, and short/long term goals.
- Rapidly engage and understand complex technical systems, providing sharp root cause analysis to issue resolution
- Create and drive imitative updates to Senior Leadership, planning, and execution teams
- Inputs and support on better Project Management tools and processes
