The Amazon B2B Payments & Lending team provides invoicing, working capital and payment acceptance solutions to Amazon Business customers, sellers and other small business customers across Amazon. We are seeking a customer-obsessed, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager to lead the Payment Success program for Pay by Invoice experience, supporting our largest and most strategic enterprise customers. This individual will be responsible for implementing and scaling operational processes across multiple stakeholder groups to reduce payment defects, streamline business operations, and scale procure-to-pay payment best practices leveraging a team of Payment Success Account Managers. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management skills, deep operational excellence, experience developing business-critical KPIs, and a proven track record of leading continuous improvement and automation initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Support teams to identify root causes of payment issues, launch new operational processes, and deliver a frictionless payment experience to our customers while driving measurable improvements in key performance metrics.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end payment success program strategy and execution for Amazon Pay-by-Invoice for Enterprise Amazon Business Customers, focusing on reducing payment defects and improving payment health.
• Develop and maintain scalable portfolio management processes and tools to help Payment Success Account Managers execute defect reduction and payment health strategies.
• Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices the improve the customer experience.
• Develop and drive key payment success KPIs and metrics, including implementation of enhanced payment health scoring models.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to automate workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Oversee the transition of operational support workstreams to optimize payment success impact at scale.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
