We are looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager, who is passionate about innovating on behalf of our Selling Partners, and is excited about providing timely and accurate data at a large scale to enable thousands of small businesses and well-known household brands to operate and grow their businesses on Amazon. At the Selling Partner Growth and Development, we view our ability to obsess over the needs of Sellers and Vendors as key to our success. This is a great opportunity to play a key role on a fast-moving team with significant impact on the multi-billion-dollar Seller and Retail business.
Who You Are: You have experience working independently in a broad array of environments and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders. You build strong partnerships with leaders to understand improvement and collaboration opportunities, and demonstrate a willingness to challenge and influence senior leaders. You’re curious about how Sellers and/or Vendors operate, and about how you can best help them meet their needs. You have confidence operating in a highly ambiguous, fast paced business space.
Who We Are: We’re a new and growing business-tech team, focused on accelerating the growth of Sellers and Vendors businesses on Amazon. Our customers are Selling Partners ranging from small to medium sized businesses, who rely on success in the Amazon marketplace for their livelihood, to large household brands who partner with Amazon as one of their critical ecommerce channels. We build software solutions to provide business data that are critical to these Selling Partners’ day to day operations and long-term success on Amazon. Our Selling Partners use our data to guide their decisions on daily basis around driving traffic and sales, optimizing advertisement and promotion spending, building brands and growing customer lifetime value, reducing cost, developing new and improving existing selection, etc.. We proudly serve Selling Partners in all countries where Amazon has a 1P or 3P business and will continue to expand as Amazon grows.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Key job responsibilities
In This Role, You Will
- Partner with cross functional teams including data, engineering, science, product, etc. to launch critical seller and vendor-facing analytic products and features.
- Define and track product success metrics for traffic, engagement and business impact.
- Support on-going business reviews with leadership and stakeholders and play a key role in team’s resource planning and product prioritization decisions.
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
