DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Security is the first line of defense protecting our Customers and their interests from technical & malicious adversaries, seeking to steal their data and/or cause them harm. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who is ready to take on a front-line role in addressing information security issues facing the largest Customer Service and Logistics operation in the world, where customer obsession equals protection. Security Engineering issues at this scale and speed require a passion for customer protection and an ability to dive deep into information security incident processes, tooling, and requirements to define, customize, and build solutions to support incident response processes.

Key job responsibilities
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the incident response & technical investigation lifecycle, owning the deep dive and coordination to turn data into information.
* Conduct deep-dive investigations into information security detections
* Work cross-functionally to continuously enumerate and prioritize known security risks.
* Develop automated incident response procedures related to worldwide security operations and logistics security events
* Clearly communicate security risk information and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Support the development of security awareness training for stakeholders
* Collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate security defects
* Ensure stakeholders follow security best practices and comply with organizational policies
* Influence operational excellence and best practices within the organization.
* Maintain continuous improvement program
* Actively mentor junior engineers, improving their skills, their knowledge of our systems, and their ability to protect the customer.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 years of technical product or program management experience
- 3 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Proven experience with AWS products and services
- Extensive knowledge of computing security issues and threat vectors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3 years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Knowledge and experience with hunting utilizing TTPs (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures).
- Excellent written, communication and organizational skills. Must be able to create and contribute to intelligence reports, briefings, roadmaps, and strategic planning documents.
