THE OPPORTUNITY
Perspective Insurance is looking to hire an organized, conscientious, and enthusiastic Receptionist to help direct our customers and answer incoming calls.

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Process payments in person or over the phone.
- Review the daily communication log and process it accordingly.
- Process basic customer change requests.
- Investigate customer payment issues.

- Strong customer service focus with a highly professional attitude and approach to business.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of agency management software and insurance rating software; proficient in

- Must possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must have the ability to maintain a cordial and professional relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors, and other business contacts.
