Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ELD (Electronic Logging Device) compliance and driver logs
- Manage VEDR (Video Event Data Recorder) incidents and follow-up processes
- Monitor fuel cards, driver schedules, and fleet operations
- Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions proactively
- Utilize analytical skills to manage and optimize logistics performance
- Handle administrative duties and ensure policy compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Good personality: Ability to build positive relationships with drivers and team members
- Strong computer skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and logistics software
- Problem-solving mindset: Skilled in identifying and resolving operational issues
- Analytical skills: Capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions
- Project management: Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
- A CDL is a plus, but not required (this position does not involve commercial driving)
- Experience in transportation or logistics management
Work Environment:
- Primarily based in a home office, but occasional onsite management will be required
