Ambassador Personnel is looking for a responsible Office Assistant to join our team! If you are a motivated and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and thrive in a professional office setting, we would love to hear from you!
Position Overview :
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. This will include sorting and distributing mail throughout the office, greeting office visitors, and directing them to employees. Coordinating with managers to schedule appointments. You will also assist in the factory on occasion with collecting samples, and shipping.
Requirements :
- 1 year of office experience.
- Knowledge of office equipment and MS Office programs.
