We are partnering with a family-owned Construction company, based in Essex County NJ, on their search to add a strong Temporary to Permanent Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. The successful candidate will provide support within the accounts payable department, have experience processing a high volume of invoices weekly, and perform 3-way matching.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable vendor invoices
- Create customers information into database
- Perform 3-way matching (matching, batching, and coding)
- Reconcile accounts
- Ensure payments are approved and processed correctly
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Commutable to Caldwell NJ
- Comfortable Onsite 5 days a week
- Readily available to interview and start
