Position Overview :
Invoice clients including generation of invoice and supporting documentation in various client designated formats while providing billing information,verify employees' billable time, research, troubleshooting, and follow up on field questions as needed; ensure accurate and timely accumulation of cost for invoicing; Produce billings and job costing reports in an accurate and timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities :
- The Billing Specialist will process work orders, upload to the online provider as necessary, and create the invoices to customers
- Accuracy in entering information on to a variety of billing platforms ensuring work orders are per customer guidelines
- Enter invoice information accurately and thoroughly on third party web sites to process billing
- Willingness to work with multiple departments to confirm accuracy
- Close work orders on internal business system once third party approves invoice
- Perform credits on invoices and rebill, as necessary
