What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Field Services Technician position at Ambassador Resources?
Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Walk customer through problem-solving process
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Windows, Office 365, Active Directory
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Install computer peripherals for users
- Purchase/ Install, Configure IT Devices (Network, POS, Each Department)
- POS experience is a must
- User education for POS system, Office desktop
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Travel in the Tri-State area
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or Technology
- CompTIA A (Preferred)
- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, Familiarity
- Bilingual in Korean and English
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
