We are seeking a Plant Engineer in Winchester, KY to lead our manufacturing maintenance operations. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, driving operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the maintenance department to improve machine uptime, efficiency, and reliability.
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies and apply failure analysis techniques.
- Ensure plant compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Oversee capital projects, budgeting, and cost management.
- Develop and train maintenance personnel to enhance technical expertise.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support plant leadership in achieving performance goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 years of experience leading a manufacturing maintenance department.
- Proven expertise in failure analysis and implementing reliability solutions.
- Experience with CMMS, TPM, and root cause analysis techniques preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Salary: $104,850 quarterly bonus (12.5%)
