About the Role
- We are looking for a registered nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage patient cases and work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
- The successful candidate will have experience in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation, as well as knowledge of quality assurance procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
