Key Responsibilities
This role involves providing exceptional service to clients by coordinating administrative activities, business operations, and other operational tasks in conjunction with the Branch Manager or Agency Director. The successful candidate will oversee new hire processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and accuracy of records. They will also collaborate with the Corporate HR team for benefit enrollment processes and on-board new branch administrative employees.
Additionally, the Service Coordinator will provide thorough follow-through on escalated client complaints and theft claims. Key responsibilities include ensuring WOTC applications, Forms I-9, and other paperwork are completed on time; reporting Leave of Absence requests; setting up training for new and current employees; and facilitating quarterly in-service meetings.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of recent experience working in a healthcare environment or related field. Required skills include understanding of basic medical terminology, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling programs.
