What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator, Hybrid position at Amberwell Health Hiawatha?
This job will be Hybrid, working a few days in Atchison and a few days in Hiawatha.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Human Resources Coordinator provides clerical and process support to the Human Resources team in the functions of recruitment, benefit administration, training, and HR policy administration.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and HR files, to include, but not limited to FMLA, Work Comp, Payroll, etc..
- Able to work as a member of a team and independently.
- Understand and follow safe work practices.
- Ensure that all Amberwell procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
- Assist with onboarding processes
- Assist with reposting of continued job postings every 60 days
- Assist with Orientation preparation and facilitation
- Assist with tracking of employee leave of absence to include FMLA and ADA.
- Ensure tracking and verification of license/certifications of employees.
- Crosstrain with HR Generalists
- Assist with event planning and facilitation
- Employment Verification
- Intranet/Sharepoint Updating
- Retention Bonus tracking
- Continuous improvement projects and other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:
- Minimum Required Experience: Two years experience in clerical support, with strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees. Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office programs
- Preferred Experience: Two years experience in Human Resources. Experience with Sharepoint.
