We will train new grad RNs.
Pay: $36.00 per hour but we pay for lunch so the rate equals to $38.40
$5,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time 40 hour positions
$4,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time 32 hour positions

Amberwoods is currently looking for qualified New Grad RNs to join our team. We are looking for caring and compassionate candidates to provide our residents and their families with the superior care delivered by our staff dedicated to the principles of kindness, compassion, customer service and excellence.
Amberwoods is a 130-bed facility providing long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and Memory Care services, located in Farmington, CT. Our facility is conveniently located within proximity to I-84 and is a ten-minute drive to downtown Hartford.
Requirements:
Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior long term care experience as C.N.A. or LPN helpful but not needed, we provide training
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
provides routine care for patients.
observes patients’ health.
reviews medical charts.
- communicates with patients and their families.

prepares specimens for lab courier.
administers medications.
provides wound care.
prepares and administers injections and/or enemas.
assists with patient comfort.
monitors catheters.
