Position Type: Base plus Commission
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in virtual consultations to educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.
Provide information and solutions to potential customers, helping them understand the advantages of the Net Metering program and additional incentives available to go solar.
Build strong, lasting relationships with homeowners and answer their questions about solar energy.
Work with homeowners to create customized solar energy solutions tailored to their needs.
Qualify and arrange potential clients to attend a solar consultation with an energy expert.
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are a must.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating others.
Self-motivated and a desire to succeed in a production heavy role.
Be coachable; we will equip you to succeed!
