We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team. The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring that new employees have a smooth and positive recruiting and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and own their processes throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve an effective onboarding program for new employees
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program and make improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials.
- Support recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in onboarding or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Previous experience with Paylocity preferred but not required
