As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain processes. You will collaborate with colleagues, distributors, and suppliers, assist with inventory management, and support our field staff to meet the company's growing demands.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly and professionally with colleagues, distributors, and suppliers via email, phone, and messages to ensure smooth operations.
- Support field staff by sourcing materials promptly and efficiently to close work the same day.
- Communicate purchase orders and material delivery dates to distribution partners. Audit for product accuracy, correct quantities, and delivery.
- Review usage data and categorize invoices on a weekly basis to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Create and publish forecasts in collaboration with warehouse and distribution partners to anticipate future needs.
- Perform other assignments and support tasks as required to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in solar is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data, with the ability to summarize insights from large data sets.
- Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
- Strong communicator with the ability to set clear expectations, ask clarifying questions, remain empathetic under pressure, and follow up as needed. Comfortable communicating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail while thoroughly reviewing documents and data, identifying discrepancies or errors, and taking action to resolve issues efficiently.
- Natural curiosity with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, using analytical skills to understand root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and forecasting.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements
- This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- This position is a part-time position. Must be able to work M-F 6a.m.-12p.m.
